The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of real estate, namely the purchase, sale, construction, renovation, rental, administration, and management of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that may favor the purpose and interest of the company. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, grant loans or guarantees to its associates or to companies of the same group, and conclude all contracts that may develop or achieve its purpose or relate directly or indirectly thereto.
