The acquisition, holding, management and sale of interests in companies of any kind in Switzerland or abroad, including all real estate interests, it being specified that real estate transactions in Switzerland only concern buildings with exclusively commercial use and are therefore not subject to the authorization regime of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); the company may grant loans or any other form of financing to third parties and companies of the same group, as well as provide any type of security, directly or indirectly, for the benefit of third parties and companies of the same group, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets; the company may carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and real estate transactions on its own account or on behalf of third parties, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad, and take interests in other companies with a similar or related purpose.
