The company's purpose is to acquire, purchase, sell, administer and manage participations in all types of companies and enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE); the company may establish subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also participate in the financing of other companies in the group to which it belongs, in the general interest of the latter; the company may, in particular, grant to or receive from its shareholders, subsidiaries or any third party loans, guarantees and securities; in general, the company may carry out all transactions and take all measures that appear appropriate to promote its corporate purpose or that are related thereto; finally, the company may acquire, manage and sell movable and immovable assets, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
