The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, and sale of real estate and movable property, as well as investments in companies in Switzerland and abroad, assistance and advice in the field of asset and company management services, marketing, and training, as well as the acquisition and management of intellectual property rights and other intangible assets such as patents and trademarks, including licenses and sub-licenses, and the import and export of various goods and products, including computer hardware, software, and other intangible assets related to goods, services, and products directly or indirectly linked to its purpose. Real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad are excluded. It may, as a secondary purpose: participate in any business and carry out any movable, immovable, financial, and commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose; grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this promotes its interests; create branches in Switzerland or abroad.
