The company's purpose is to provide advice, services and performances in the field of compliance with banking, financial and tax laws and regulations, and to hold participations in entities with similar purposes. The company may not acquire any real estate participations in Switzerland, except in cases where the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) authorizes it to do so. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its corporate purpose.
