The company aims to import, export, buy and sell vehicles, operate vehicle workshops, rent out sports cars and organize car tours, namely in Switzerland and the EU, transport vehicles, sell and manufacture auto accessories, prepare vehicles, provide consulting for vehicle purchases, event management as well as manage CO2 sanction credits. The company can establish subsidiaries, branches and representations both domestically and abroad, participate in other companies and enter into all transactions that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company, or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. It can acquire, encumber and dispose of real property, with the exception of such properties that fall under the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company can also provide financing on its own or on behalf of others, in particular the financing of participation companies, as well as provide guarantees and sureties for affiliated companies and third parties.
