The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. In this case, the members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire land or apartments at production costs. It can enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it. It can also participate in companies of a similar nature.
