The purpose of the company is to create and rent healthy, interest-advantageous apartments through the construction or acquisition of residential buildings; in particular, it aims to promote affordable housing construction and the acquisition of residential and home ownership; creates, rents and sells affordable apartments primarily to its members; can buy or sell properties or rent them out in whole or in part; does not pursue any profit; can also participate in similar undertakings. The buildings constructed or acquired by the cooperative are to be permanently excluded from any speculative use, even in the event of a sale. The rents and sale prices are to be calculated on the basis of the costs.
