Procurement of affordable housing and construction and acquisition of residential buildings or apartments. The cooperative, among other things, aims to promote housing construction in the sense of the federal Housing Promotion and Home Ownership Act (WEG) as well as corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances. It can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted.
