Procurement of affordable housing and construction and acquisition of residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. The cooperative particularly aims to promote affordable housing in the sense of the federal Housing and Property Promotion Act (WEG) and corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances. It may acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted.
