Liberale Wohnbaugenossenschaft Zürich-Nord

The cooperative aims to create and rent healthy, interest-advantageous apartments through the construction or acquisition of residential buildings. It particularly pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing construction and the acquisition of residential and home ownership in the sense of the federal Housing Promotion and Home Ownership Act, as well as corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances, primarily in Zurich 11 and Zurich 12. The cooperative can acquire, manage, and rent properties and real estate in the sense of the Swiss Civil Code. The cooperative does not aim to make a profit. It can also participate in similar undertakings.
