The cooperative aims to provide affordable housing and build and acquire residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing construction in the sense of the federal Housing Promotion and Home Ownership Act (WEG) as well as corresponding cantonal and communal ordinances. The cooperative can acquire or sell land, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The cooperative's activity is not profit-driven.
