a) all brokerage activities related to maritime freight and cargo derivatives; b) the acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies and enterprises. With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The company may: carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable (in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, associates or third parties.
