The purpose of the company is to acquire, hold and manage participations in companies and to finance them. The company can participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. In particular, the company can grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not. The company can acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. However, this does not include any business that is prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
