The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer, lease and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with their registered office and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the applicable regulations. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not aimed at third parties but is limited to real estate for its own account.
