The company's purpose is the acquisition, alienation, and management of interests in any individual, commercial, or financial enterprises, whether movable or immovable (with exclusively commercial use), within the limits of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (LFAIE). The company may grant loans or any other form of financing, including participating in cash pooling operations, to affiliated companies, as well as provide securities of any kind, directly or indirectly for the benefit of affiliated companies (or third parties), particularly in the form of guarantees, pledges, or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets, without consideration, on preferential terms, or without interest. The company may also acquire, operate, and alienate real estate (with exclusively commercial use), in Switzerland or abroad, within the limits of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (LFAIE). The company may furthermore establish branches, in Switzerland or abroad; participate in other enterprises within the limits of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (LFAIE), found, acquire, or finance enterprises, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
