The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, in particular the promotion, purchase, sale, brokerage and management of all real estate, as well as the renovation, construction and demolition of buildings, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also acquire and hold participations, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, or likely to develop it. It may create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take an interest in all related or similar companies that may develop its purpose. The company may also subscribe to all acts of intercession in favor of a shareholder or third parties (natural or legal persons), in particular in the form of loans, mortgages, guarantees or other, if it serves its interests.
