The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding and management of participations in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, except for any operation contrary to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
