The company's purpose is to act as a trustee or co-trustee or executor of trusts, manage and administer trusts, estates or other assets, within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Financial Market Supervision Act (LEFin). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, subject to prior approval by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), participate in other companies in Switzerland or abroad, or merge with such companies. It may acquire and sell real estate and conduct all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for achieving its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
