The provision of financial, management, administrative, accounting and legal services and consulting to the companies of the Loro Piana Group and to third parties. In order to pursue the company's purpose, the company may acquire, hold, transfer and manage participations in Swiss and foreign companies of the Loro Piana Group, open offices, branches, subsidiaries, establishments and stores throughout the national territory and abroad; acquire, own, manage, grant the use of and alienate intangible assets such as patents, trademarks and technical and industrial know-how; acquire, own, manage, grant the use of and alienate tangible assets such as machinery, equipment and real estate throughout the national territory and abroad (for real estate in Switzerland and as long as such regulations are in force, only in accordance with the Federal Law on the acquisition of land by foreigners). The company may also carry out all commercial and financial operations deemed useful or connected to the company's purpose.
