The company's purpose is to engage in all real estate activities, in particular the purchase, sale, rental, management, construction and operation of all real estate, including all related activities, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. It may provide financial assistance, directly or indirectly, in the form of loans, guarantees, pledges or other forms of financing, whether remunerated or not, to third parties or companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations. Furthermore, it may carry out all commercial, financial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may also hold, acquire and manage participations in any form in all companies in the same field, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. It may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad.
