The company's purpose is: a) all activities related to asset management and investment, in particular the acquisition, management and sale of participations in companies of all kinds, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; b) all advisory activities in the areas mentioned under letter a) above; c) on an ancillary basis, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
