The company's purpose is to provide all advisory and assistance services in the fields of accounting, law and taxation (Multi Family Office services) as well as all consulting activities. The company may also grant loans, guarantees and securities in favor of third parties to guarantee the performance of obligations of companies in which it holds a direct or indirect participation or any right whatsoever or which are part of the same group of companies as the company, or assist these companies in any other way, except for any activity subject to authorization by FINMA. The company may raise funds by borrowing in any form or by issuing any type of bonds, securities or debt instruments, guaranteed or unguaranteed, and in general by issuing any type of securities, except for any activity subject to authorization by FINMA. However, the company may not proceed with a public issue of participation securities. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
