The company's purpose is to assume and carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the field of a trust company, to the extent that these do not require authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, in particular in the function of a trustee for the benefit of economically or family-related persons. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It is authorized to acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities (including providing guarantees and sureties for affiliated companies and third parties) that appear to promote the company's purpose or are related to it.
