The purpose of the company is: to participate in any commercial, industrial, service, financial or real estate business; all real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, rental, management, brokerage, and promotion of all real estate, as well as all consulting and services in the field of real estate, excluding any operation subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company has the power to acquire interests in any form in all companies or corporations with an identical or similar purpose, or which are likely to promote its social purpose, through the creation of new companies or businesses, contributions, subscriptions, purchases of securities and participations or social rights, or through mergers or associations. The company may also acquire, sell, register and exploit intangible assets in Switzerland and abroad, including patents, rights attached to patents and trademarks, as well as the acquisition and sale of licenses related to such rights. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations subject to the LFAIE.
