The company's purpose is the editing, publication, and marketing of books, the online sale of books and other goods and services, the preparation of economic and business reports, the operation of digital platforms, social networks, and online services, and the brokerage of real estate, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (with the exception of any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
