The purpose of the foundation is to secure a complex of assets for the founder's daughter, Mrs. Irene Countess Dubsky, and her marital descendants from her marriage to Mr. Adolf Count Dubsky, as well as their descendants, to provide them with suitable amounts and benefits in case of need due to accident, illness, old age, etc. for education, training, acquisition of a suitable dowry and a suitable endowment, and to assist them in establishing a livelihood or entrepreneurial ventures through one-time, non-repayable grants or provision of very low-interest loans. Through this family foundation, a complex of assets is to be secured for the designated members of the founder's family, which is to be managed by a board of trustees independent of the interests of the individual beneficiaries in a neutral country, unaffected by political and economic conflicts, and is to provide the family members with security and support for all the vicissitudes of life. If there are no longer any descendants of the beneficiary, Mrs. Irene Countess Dubsky, the foundation is to be extended to the descendants of her sister, Mrs. Nora Khuen-Lützow. If these descendants are also no longer available, the assets are to be handed over to charitable and cultural institutions in Salzburg at the discretion of the foundation council.
