Provision of financial support to the Aktion Sonnenschein Hilfe for the multiply disabled child in Munich, Heiglhofstrasse 63, and in the event that this organization no longer exists, the financial support will go to disabled or multiply disabled children. If the assets located in Germany are also contributed to the foundation, the purpose of the foundation will be expanded to provide accommodation for disabled or multiply disabled children in the properties in Germany, whether for permanent residence or only for vacation stays. In the event that the assets located in Germany, belonging to the estate of Mr. Ludwig Zeiler, are contributed to a German foundation, the foundation will work together with the German foundation to fulfill the purpose of the foundation as defined by the founder.
