The association aims to support and promote artists. It does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes and does not strive for profit. The association achieves this purpose by: creating visibility and public awareness for the selected artists in all types of media and through participation in or organization of art exhibitions, nationally and internationally; promoting artists and their communities through the fair and transparent sale of their artworks; ensuring long-term public access to the archive and enabling access to the archive for the interested public and a specialist audience; maintaining connections with private individuals, companies, associations, and foundations with similar goals; and contacting authorities that promote its activities.
