The company may assume and grant agencies, commissions, representations, with or without deposit, and mandates, acquire, use and transfer patents and other works of human ingenuity, conduct market research and data processing for its own account and for third parties, grant and obtain licenses for commercial exploitation as well as carry out all commercial (including import-export), financial, movable and immovable operations necessary or useful for the achievement of the company's purposes; complete purpose according to the articles of association.
