The company effectively, efficiently and economically provides hospital care in accordance with Section 2 of the Hospital Act of 11 September 2006 (SRL No. 800a) for all cantonal residents, within the framework of the performance mandate and performance agreement of the Canton of Lucerne. It offers services in rehabilitation medicine; can perform all activities that are suitable to promote its purpose or are related to it. In particular, it can offer outpatient services outside of hospital operations; can establish and operate branches and subsidiaries within the framework of the company's purpose and participate in other companies; can raise funds on the credit and capital market within the framework of the company's purpose and acquire, encumber and dispose of real estate.
