The company's purpose is: to operate a construction and renovation business, as well as to provide technical studies in the field of building in general; all activities in the field of exterior design and landscaping - including as a general contractor - in particular the study, planning, implementation and promotion of all real estate projects, as well as the execution of all work; the purchase, sale, import, export, representation, on its own account or on behalf of third parties and marketing in general of all goods and manufactured or semi-finished products, particularly in the fields of construction, renovation, exterior design and landscaping; all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (AMLA)), whether movable or immovable, except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
