The company may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad, and in general, carry out any commercial, financial or other activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may acquire, encumber, hold, administer and dispose of real estate in Switzerland, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, or abroad.
