The company's purpose is any activity in accordance with the LFAIE in the broad field of real estate, in Switzerland or abroad, including the purchase, sale, promotion, development, construction, renovation, transformation, brokerage, operation, management, leasing, consulting, or advertising of real estate. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that directly or indirectly relate to its corporate purpose and promote its development, including taking participations in other companies.
