The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding and administration of the assets of the partners, both movable and immovable, in Switzerland and abroad, including the acquisition, continued management and disposal of participations in Swiss or foreign companies of all kinds, as well as any activity related to the field of construction, business management consulting and trade of any product within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), exercise all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties.
