The company's purpose includes all activities related to the promotion, purchase, sale, services, and advice in real estate matters, including acquisition, development, construction, and leasing, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as the acquisition, sale, management of shareholdings, and all financial or advisory operations with companies, industrial, commercial, or financial entities, based in Switzerland and abroad. The company may:
- Engage in any financial, commercial, and industrial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
- Participate in any enterprise directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
- Grant loans to its partners or to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment;
- Create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
