The foundation aims to promote credit transactions, enabling investors to participate in the financing of loans and potentially transferring such loans to other investors at a later date. The foundation can achieve its purpose directly or through legal entities (special purpose companies) that it establishes and holds. The foundation can enter into cooperations with other individuals and institutions, merge with other foundations, acquire the assets of other legal entities, or acquire and hold rights or real estate.
