The Company's purpose is to operate and manage a toy library, understood as a space for educational, playful, and recreational games intended for children of all ages and families. It organizes and offers creative and artistic workshops, including drawing, ceramics, and other forms of artistic expression aimed at developing children's creativity. The Company also aims to organize birthday parties and thematic events for children, including animations and adapted activities. It can also provide and rent rooms and spaces for courses, activities, or events organized by external professionals (e.g., yoga or similar activities). The Company may: either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide securities of all kinds, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the assets of the Company.
