The company's purpose is: a) to operate a cleaning and maintenance business for roofs, walls, facades, paving stones, fountains and urban equipment; b) to clean and maintain buildings and premises of all kinds, as well as any related service and consulting activities and waste treatment; c) to purchase, sell, manufacture, import, export and market, in general, any product of any nature related to industry, construction and cleaning; d) to carry out all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; e) to acquire interests in any Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as to establish branches; f) to grant loans or advances to its associates or third parties, to guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, to secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as to subscribe to any other financial commitment. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
