The purchase, sale, administration and management of participations in all companies or enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad. With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose buildings are exclusively for commercial use. The Company may also provide commercial and administrative services as well as consulting services, including as a business introducer, and carry out any activity directly or indirectly related thereto and aimed at promoting business development. The Company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
