The activity of asset manager within the meaning of Article 17 para. 1 LEFin, financial and accounting operations, the creation and administration of companies and other legal structures, the provision of services and advice in commercial, financial, legal or other matters. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions in Switzerland and abroad, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as well as the acquisition, operation and exploitation of any industrial or intellectual property rights. The company may perform all acts directly or indirectly related to its purposes. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad after prior approval by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The company may also participate in the financing, in particular by providing guarantees and securities of any kind, of other entities of the group to which the company belongs in the interest of the group and grant loans to its shareholders and their relatives.
