The company's purpose is to participate in companies in Switzerland and abroad, in particular those active in the sale of branded residences or property management or providing related services. All transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG) are excluded. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, set up subsidiaries, participate in related companies, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, and provide financing to affiliated and other companies, grant securities of all kinds or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these companies. The company may also engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the purpose of the company or are related to it. The company may provide direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their (direct or indirect) subsidiaries, grant securities of all kinds for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including its direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into joint and several liability or suretyships or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not. Furthermore, the company may operate a liquidity adjustment/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such a system, including periodic account balancing. This may also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit motive, and assuming cluster risks.
