The company's purpose is to provide services exclusively to economically related persons within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 2, letter a of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions, namely asset management and consulting for companies that are under unified management through voting and capital majority with the company; all of this excluding activities that would require a license from FINMA under Swiss financial market legislation. The company may also conclude all transactions and enter into agreements that directly or indirectly serve the company's purpose or are directly related to it. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate.
