The Company's purpose is to acquire, manage and sell shares, and to make any investments, in any company (including real estate companies), notably in the field of private schools offering personalized care to children and their parents, in a framework respectful of their integrity, rhythm and individual needs, implementing quality educational support, promoting continuity and stability through full-day care, in one place and with a coherent team and distinguished by its flexibility in terms of schedules and availability to families; to grant loans and/or other direct or indirect financing (including within the framework of cash pooling agreements) to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and/or to third parties, including its direct and/or indirect partners as well as the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these partners; to provide guarantees of any kind, remunerated or not, and/or any other form of security, remunerated or not, to one or more partners, to one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or to one or more third parties in order to guarantee the commitments and/or obligations of one or more partners, of one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or of one or more third parties, provided that this is in the interest of the Company.
