The company's purpose is to operate a general construction business, to purchase, sell, market, rent, manage, plan, administer, operate, and develop real estate or movable assets, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), the development and realization of real estate projects, as well as all operations related to these areas of activity. In general, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial or movable transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies or enterprises that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
