The company may establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage real estate at home and abroad. It may also arrange financing for its own or third-party account, as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties, and acquire, hold, manage and dispose of intellectual property rights. The company may grant direct or indirect financing (including cash pooling) to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, its direct or indirect shareholders, and their direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, and provide security for liabilities of such companies in any form, including by pledging or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether or not for valuable consideration.
