A LEFin and any study on capital investment, any financial, economic or commercial operation, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, and the execution of any fiduciary mandate. The Company will not solicit the public to obtain funds in deposits. The Company may act either directly or by delegating its tasks and all or part of them to third parties in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may acquire, hold, manage and sell assets and participations in companies of any kind, as well as provide services of any kind, in particular commercial, financial and administrative services, to other Swiss and foreign companies and enterprises. The Company may engage in all activities that may be related to or promoting its purpose, in particular buying, holding and selling real estate for its own account or for that of other group companies, excluding transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. Furthermore, the Company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its development. The Company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
