The foundation's purpose is: a) to fulfill social tasks, in particular to support physically disabled natural persons with Swiss citizenship who have a maximum annual income of 1.7 times the minimum annual AHV pension for single persons, are childless and single. Benefits can also be provided to organizations that deal with these social tasks. b) to provide housing for use by physically disabled natural persons with Swiss citizenship who have a maximum annual income of 1.7 times the minimum annual AHV pension for single persons, are childless and single. The foundation can maintain its own aid organization or support existing institutions that pursue a purpose corresponding to that of the foundation. The support can in particular consist of the foundation itself acquiring properties, building, buying or providing financial assistance for the construction or expansion of buildings that serve the purpose of the foundation. Only institutions that are exempt from tax liability due to their non-profit nature are supported. The foundation is active within the framework of its purpose in Münsingen and in the geographically directly adjacent municipalities. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. Profit-making purposes are excluded.
