The foundation aims to provide additional contributions to cover special, non-covered living costs to unemployed individuals who are at least 55 years old, whose last job was terminated, who have held Swiss citizenship since birth, and who are forced to receive social assistance in a municipality in the Rorschach region. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose. The foundation operates in the Rorschach region in accordance with its purpose.
