The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is: - the execution of all civil engineering works, such as excavation, masonry, road construction, drilling, rockwork and other diverse activities; - the execution of all works in difficult terrain, particularly in alpine environments, at high altitudes and in waterways; - the execution of all forestry work, such as branch grinding, stump removal and tree felling and cleaning; - the execution of all gardening and landscaping work; - all transportation activities; - winter services (snow removal), and - the rental of machine operators. The company may also: - carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; - carry out all operations in the real estate sector to the extent permitted by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); - establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - take an interest, in any form, in other similar companies; and - grant loans to shareholders or third parties.
